Customer Requirement
Automate the loading and unloading of medical vials for infusion solutions onto trolleys (trucks) destined for the sterilization process via autoclave, and automate the format changeover process.
Operating Logic
The handling of trolleys containing vials is performed by an automated handling system. Vial loading and unloading is carried out via linear electric actuators that ensure gentle handling of the vials, preventing drops and tip-overs.
Mission generation and movement authorization operate in synchronization with the traceability software, providing full control (AUDIT TRAIL) over all operations executed and declared by the operator.
