On all Technowrapp wrapping machines, the tension of the film to the load can be set accurately directly from the electrical panel.
Sealing temperature control
Cutting and sealing mechanism
The edge of the film is sealed on a broad surface and the
temperature is controlled to guarantee a perfect seal.
A sensor on the device controls the feedback resistance in reaching
the exact temperature set on the display.
The initial flap of the film is blown inside the wrapping spire.
Wrapping in safety
The cutting and sealing mechanism is positioned away from the conveyor during the wrapping process. This mechanism is the most delicate of the wrapping machine and it is therefore protected from being damaged, in case the load falls over during the wrapping procedure. The cleaning of the cutting mechanism is automatic.
Load top sheet cut system
The polyethylene sheet is cut with a full-width toothed blade. The device holds the sheet on and under the blade and cuts it in the middle with a short run movement. This simple solution guarantees a perfect cut in any working condition for more than 1.000.000 pallets.

All connections to the electrical components of the equipment are secured by connectors. Before being shipped, the plant is fully tested and perfectly adjusted; at customer’s factory all we have to do is place the equipment, connect the connectors and power up.
Fast replacement of the film reel:

The replacement operation is simple and in a convenient location.
The operator raises the film reel to the height of the knees and
place it on the carriage. The reel is held by two cones that
fit within the soul of cardboard.
