SEALING TEMPERATURE CONTROL The edge of the film is sealed on a broad surface and the temperature is controlled to guarantee a perfect seal. AUTOMATIC REEL CHANGEOVER Each rotating ring wrapping machine can be completed by an automated system for reel changeover. While the machine is working, without interrupting the wrapping cycle, the operator can easily place two film reels on the charger. Once the film reel on carriage is finished, the system deposits the empty cardboard core of the reel in a container and put the new film reel on the electronic pre-stretch carriage.
